Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. If conditions discovered during work - such as unforeseen structural issues, soil conditions, or code requirements - differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate, we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original scope.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in material costs, labor, or project scope, provided that any such changes are communicated to you in writing before additional costs are incurred.
Scheduling of work is subject to crew and material availability. We will provide you with a project start date and an estimated completion window once a contract is signed and any required deposit is received. Actual timelines may be affected by permit approval delays, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment or project start, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms specific to your project - including any applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeiture - will be set out in your signed contract.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, supply delays, or other circumstances that would affect the quality or safety of the work. We will notify you promptly if such a delay occurs.
Payment terms are specified in your written contract. In general, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or at specified milestones agreed upon in writing.
Payment is due as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated in the contract. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on a project if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed schedule.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and other methods specified at the time of your contract. We do not accept payment methods not agreed upon in writing.
Victorville Sunrooms & Patios will obtain all required building permits for work that requires permitting under applicable city, county, and state regulations. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approval before work begins. Delays caused by permit review or HOA approval processes are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our obligations.
All work will be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and standards in effect at the time the permit is issued.
Victorville Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty specific to your project - including its duration and scope - will be set out in your written contract.
Warranties on materials and products are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers. We do not extend manufacturer warranties and are not responsible for warranty claims made directly against manufacturers.
The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to change the content of the Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victorville Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in Victorville, CA. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
